Project Description
Alpine Demolition was hired to do the demolition of the landmark Sheraton Hotel located in Denver, Colorado. The hotel was built in 1974 and encompasses 12 acres with over 615 rooms and was once the eight largest hotels in Denver.
The facility consists of one main tower that will be brought down in a controlled fashion due to the close proximity of adjacent houses the other two remaining buildings will be demolished as well.
Alpine is committed to the use of recycling, 90% of the buildings will be recycled with the steel and aggregate to be reused. This project has remained on time within budget and without any safety violations.
