Project Description

Alpine Demolition was hired to do the demolition, transportation, and disposal of existing one-story pool building and swimming pool as well as interior and exterior demolition at the ground floor of the existing tower north of grid line. Essentially Alpine was responsible for the removal of all hard surfaces including sidewalks. Alpine worked in difficult weather condition such as high winds and some snowfall but finished this project on time and within budget. Alpine had a 99% recycling rate on this project with the concrete and all the materials that we were able to salvage.
