Project Description

Alpine Demolition was hired to do the demolition of the former Ramada Inn Hotel located within the Denver Tech Center. The once thriving hotel has been closed for three years and was an eyesore to surrounding neighbors within Greenwood Village. Alpine worked side by side an abatement contractor to finish the project within the proposed schedule. Additional asbestos was encountered and Alpine worked with the owner and with the State to obtain permits and perform the work in house. Alpine was responsible for the completed demolition and site work on the project and reached a 90%recycle rate on this project and brought in additional backfill to complete the site. With cold weather and snow temperatures and an increased scope Alpine still reached the deadline with time and budget to spare.
