Project Description

Alpine Demolition was hired to do the demolition of the once high energy Buckingham Mall, built in the early 1970s and was once the most populated mall until the early 1990s.

This high profile project comprised of a 900,000 sq. ft mall located on a 35-acre site in South Denver. The project was completed within an accelerated schedule of six weeks utilizing over 30 pieces of heavy equipment which was on site daily. Even with the accelerated schedule this project stayed within budget and had no safety incidents.

Alpine Demolition through this project has secured several other projects with Saunders Construction through the dedication of meeting their timeline and commitment to relationships.
