Project Description

Alpine Demolition was hired to do the demolition, transportation, disposal, and recycling of a two-story light frame structure and multiple earths retaining structures in Black Hawk, CO. The structures were demolished using one ore more heavy “track-hoe” excavators capable of reaching structure elements to be demolished. Excavators were equipped at times with buckets/grapples, hydraulically actuated demolition hammers or shears, and other custom extensions. Excavators were also used to provide temporary stability for other components to prevent unwanted movement.
