Project Description

Alpine Demolition was hired to do the demolition of a portion of the still existing and operational ApplewoodChurch in Lakewood, Colorado. Alpine is responsible for the demolition, transportation, recycling and disposal of an existing one-story school/church building portion of approximately 12,750 sq. ft. attached to a larger structure located at 11200West 32 nd Avenue Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The structure consists of a wood frame and /or steel and concrete construction and with brick veneer exterior walls. Alpine is using high reach excavators to do the demolition along with wet methods. Alpine has finished this project on time and within budget.
