Project Description

Alpine Demolition was hired to conduct the demolition, transportation, recycling, abatement, and disposal of an existing two-story convent building of approximately 5,800 square feet and a maintenance building of approximately 2,300 square feet located at 2701 South York Street in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, Alpine conducted the abatement of 150 square feet of tile, 14 linear feet of wood patch material, 30 linear feet of insulation, and 500 square feet of glue plucks throughout the building. Alpine is committed to the use of recycling, 90% of the buildings will be recycled with the steel and aggregate to be reused. This project was completed on time, within budget, and without any safety violations.
